Portland real estate events
The Portland Real Estate Industry Social was founded in February 2008 by Josh Leake. Josh is an active member of the real estate community in Portland. He works at Plum Tree Mortgage, a local mortgage brokerage that specializes in financing residential and commerical properties. Josh faced a vacancy in one of his commercial spaces in the Pearl District. He came up with the idea of inviting industry members to visit various properties and network. He held the first industry social at his space. It leased one month after the event from a referral that attended the party. Nearly 20 events later, the social has grown and now visits the premiere buildings of Portland. Below is a list of locations the social has visited. The properties are listed from the most recent.
