Host an event and market your property to the real estate industry
Getting the attention and time from the real estate crowd is difficult. The Portland Real Estate Industry Social provides
a unique platform to bring together various professions in the real estate trade. The events typically last a few hours but attended by many.
Will my property/listing be a good venue? Can 150 people comfortable network? Our attendance varies from 50 to 350. Most events we can tell early on if it will draw a large crowd. In some cases, outdoor coverings may work for a smaller location. 
What will it cost me?We ask that the host provide a few cases of wine as well as contribute towards the food, band and wait staff. Can I use the photos from the party? Sure, we just ask that you credit them with a link to our website at www.portlandrealestateindustry.com Who would attend? Realtors, both residential and commercial, appraisers, lenders, title, escrow officers, insurance agents, account executives, developers and other professionals interested in socializing. What month can we plan on? 
We schedule on a first-come first-serve basis. So if you'd like to host an event, contact us sooner rather than later.What are the events like? Come to our next social, it's the last Friday of the month. Invite your friends and remember to bring a great bottle of wine and/or $5-20 to help cover costs.
